Shipping policy
At Sereva, we aim to make shipping simple, reliable, and transparent.
UK Shipping
We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, standard delivery usually takes between 5–8 business days.
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays outside of our control.
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Please ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate. Sereva is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
Shipping Delays
While we always aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including courier disruptions, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.
Sereva is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@sereva.co.uk as soon as possible so we can investigate the issue and help resolve it.
